History of the department
The field of Microbiology mainly deals with the study of microbes and their impact on and contributions to the environment. The subject Microbiology, was introduced in this esteemed college at the Under Graduate (UG) level from the mid of 2020,under the affiliation of University of Calcutta. This Department started its journey with the motto to provide students with the best quality of education to cope up with the demands of modern research and technique.
