About the IKS Cell

The Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) Cell at Ramsaday College has been established to integrate India's rich philosophical, cultural, and scientific heritage into modern education under NEP 2020.

Vision

The IKS Cell envisions fostering an interdisciplinary understanding of India's traditional knowledge, scientific achievements, philosophical insights, and cultural wisdom, while encouraging critical inquiry, creativity, and evidence-based exploration.

Action Plan

The Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) Cell of the college shall undertake a series of academic, research-oriented, and outreach activities to promote awareness, understanding, preservation, and integration of India's traditional knowledge heritage with contemporary education and scientific developments.
